Kelley Maneage DC, LAT, ATC
Athletic Training & Chiropractor/Clinical Rehab Specialist – Manhattan KS
Hello! My name is Kelley Maneage, and I’m both a chiropractor and an athletic trainer.
Originally from Minnesota, I moved to Manhattan to pursue my undergraduate studies at Kansas State University. I graduated in May 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. During my time at K-State, I had the privilege of working with several teams, including Manhattan High School, KSU Football, Cheerleading, and Women’s Basketball, in addition to gaining experience at a physical therapy clinic.
After completing my undergraduate studies, I continued my education at Northwestern Health Sciences, where I earned my Doctorate in Chiropractic with a Sports and Rehabilitation emphasis in December 2024.
My journey into chiropractic care was shaped by my own experiences with injuries. As a former basketball player and cheerleader, I experienced multiple concussions, which led me to seek treatment from various providers, including a chiropractor. This experience sparked my passion for learning about concussions and understanding how chiropractic care can play a significant role in injury management and recovery.
In my practice, I take an evidence-based approach to care. I utilize a variety of techniques, including adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and personalized movement exercises, all tailored to fit each patient’s individual needs. My goal is to create a healing environment that empowers you to manage and alleviate pain in ways that work best for your body.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me outdoors with my dog, Nova—our favorite activity is spending time at the lake. I’m also a huge supporter of KSU athletics and love attending games to cheer on the Wildcats. Hockey is another sport I’m passionate about, and I’ve had the joy of coaching cheerleading as well, so I’m always excited to be involved in that community.
You can find me here at the clinic or out in the community, covering events and supporting local activities. I’m thrilled to be back in Manhattan and look forward to serving and caring for the amazing people in this community!
